Ingredients:
- 1 cup arugula, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup mixed greens, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup pea sprouts
- ½ cup hazelnuts
For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Chop ingredients
- Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl
- Pour dressing over greens and toss
Serve!
