  1. Place carrots, celery, onion, thyme, cloves, pepper and salt into the slow cooker.
  2. Put chicken on top, leaving breasts whole, and pour chicken stock and water over them.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken, dice it, and replace. Stir in dill, and other desired spices.
