Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients:
- Two large carrots, peeled and diced.
- 4 ribs celery, sliced
- ½ an onion, diced
- Some thyme
- Some cloves or nutmeg
- Black pepper
- 1 chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup water
- A pinch of dill
- Another pinch of salt
- ⅔ cup brown rice
Directions:
- Place carrots, celery, onion, thyme, cloves, pepper and salt into the slow cooker.
- Put chicken on top, leaving breasts whole, and pour chicken stock and water over them.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove the chicken, dice it, and replace. Stir in dill, and other desired spices.
