Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

  1. Slice bananas into fairly thick rounds (~½ inch thick)
  2. In a small bowl combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  3. Spray skilley with oil spray, and warm with medium heat
  4. Add banana rounds and cook 1-2 minutes
  5. Sprinkle ½ cinnamon mixture over bananas and cook another minute
  6. Flip rounds and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Enjoy with whipped cream or on crepes :)
