- 10c oats
- 1t salt
- 6t cinnamon
- 2c shelled pumpkin seeds
- 2c almonds
- 1c pecans
- 2c walnuts
- ⅔c each canola oil & honey (warm)
- 8oz dried blueberries
- 4oz dried cherries
- 4oz dried cranberries
- 4oz dried mango, sliced
Nuts and fruits may be added or substituted to taste.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Add 1c pecans and 2c walnuts. Mix.
- Bake for another 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Add dried blueberries, dried cranberries, dried cherries, and dried mango.
