Ingredients:
- 5 cups arugula
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into match sticks
- Chevre
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Prepare the chicken, and chop vegetablespoons
- Toss all ingredients until evenly distributed and coated.
- Enjoy!
